Ronda Peters

About Ronda Peters, Esq.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Attorney Ronda Peters has nearly two decades of experience in the personal injury field. Her career began as a claims adjuster for a major automobile insurance company, where she investigated motor vehicle accidents, evaluated liability, and resolved both property damage and bodily injury claims. This firsthand experience gave her an in-depth understanding of how insurance companies assess, value, and defend claims.
After transitioning from the insurance industry, Ronda joined BD&J Injury Lawyers, where she served as a supervisor overseeing case audits and settlement negotiations. Through this role, she helped ensure that cases were strategically managed and positioned to maximize results for injured clients. She currently serves as a Supervising Attorney at BD&J, leading legal teams and advocating for individuals who have been harmed by the negligence of others.
Having worked on every side of the personal injury process, from the insurance company's perspective to case management and now litigation, Ronda possesses a rare, comprehensive understanding of how personal injury claims are built, evaluated, negotiated, and resolved. This unique combination of experience allows her to anticipate insurance company strategies, develop stronger legal cases, and provide clients with a distinct advantage in pursuing the compensation they deserve.
Ronda is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized legal representation to individuals and families across California who have been injured due to someone else's negligence. She understands that every client comes to her during a challenging and often overwhelming time, which is why she believes trust, clear communication, and genuine compassion are the foundation of every successful attorney-client relationship.
Ronda takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances, explain the legal process in straightforward terms, and develop a strategy tailored to their specific needs and goals. Whether negotiating with insurance companies or advocating for clients in court, she is committed to protecting their rights, pursuing the maximum compensation they deserve, and helping them move forward with confidence.
